Our online portal is easy to use, saves time and gives you clear information about your prescriptions. You can reorder current prescriptions or upload your new prescription.
To start, open an account on PharmaConnect. Get access to your profile using your unique code from the pharmacy or link manually to Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy #358
To transfer your prescription, kindly use the form below. You can also upload or refill your prescription using the form if you prefer.

If you prefer using our regular form.
For new prescriptions, always remember to bring in your original script. In accordance with pharmacy regulations, we are required to obtain the original BEFORE giving out your medication.
